SECOND HOME IN PANAMA

He lives in Panama, you run into a lot of Americans. It often seems the same restaurants, in the same neighborhoods to live and work in the houses of one or two seconds, "Gringo" bar, home to Panama City to find. I've learned my head and mutter something along the lines of Nod, "how beautiful." There is a need for all the Americans here in the "real work> Real Estate? "Look, I would say yes. Panama City, now it seems the bottom of the space of a child on Christmas morning, with only twenty Erector Set get ©. I can not wait to meet Americans, to answer my question with: "I am a car salesman-erecting crane." Ka'ching The guy can buy the bar a round!. These are half-finished apartment and condo projects are everywhere. I sat down and counted 56 ads for real estate companies and related services, many of whom are full-page, 98 page lifestyle magazine Travel and Panama. The ads are in English, targeting Americans andCompany, or deal with real estate professionals run everywhere I go there I seem to meet. But why Panama? Panama is a paradise for the savvy real estate investors. Are among many Americans offshore in search of investments, using a country that a 3 hour flight from Miami, stable U.S. currency, and with beautiful tropical beaches and pristine coast, the only real city contains the world's first in Central America, looks good.Developers can be seen. Investors see. Panama real estate is booming. The only number for customers of these brokers are baby boomers. You begin to retire, the kids are out of the house and looking for a second house to buy or move out of the country. The control board goes much further than a nice sit-down menu allows you to run $ 5.00 and the local bar is the sale of fifty-cent beer. The Panamanian government is doing their part to misleadforeign investors. Tax relief can be found in apartments, villas and plots. Most newly built houses and apartments benefit from a tax exemption 19 years and if you are looking to land, plant some trees on it and to buy teak reforestation exemption. You may be wondering what this was all nonsense you've just read. Who wrote this? What does it do? And I tell you, "I work in real estate."
